With a background in beauty, consumer products, and fashion, Kimberly Villatoro has led and marketed some of the most recognized brands in the world, including the billion-dollar brand Barbie. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager of Smashbox and Glamglow in North America, where she led the brand's strategy and operations. She is a proven leader, bringing purpose, strategy, and scale to the businesses she has led across her two decade long professional career. With a track record of community-first brand building, today Ms. Villatoro brings her vocal advocacy and passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion to the team at Patrick Ta Beauty.

Madison Faulkner
Madison is a Partner at NEA investing in early-stage infrastructure, data, developer tools, and AI and she also leads the data and AI platform internally for improved investment decision-making. Across her investing career, she has worked with startups including World Labs, Factory, Delphina, Ceramic, Metabase, Mindtrip, Fixify, and others. Prior to investing, Madison was Head of Data Science and Machine Learning at startup Thrasio, Head of Data Science at Greycroft, and led a data science team at Facebook focused on the ad auction and deep learning with FAIR. Madison received a BS in Engineering from Stanford and grew up in Colorado performing in rodeos. She spends free time advising entrepreneurship organizations at Columbia, UW and Stanford and working towards a pilot's license.

Charles Le
Dr. Charles Le currently serves as Chief Technology Officer of Channel AI Solutions at GIGABYTE. He leads the AI software division and is the architect behind GIGABYTE’s flagship platform, AI TOP Utility, which empowers developers and enterprises to train and deploy large AI models with ease.
He is an expert in the training, finetuning, and inference of LLMs, LMMs, and other machine learning models, with deep knowledge across algorithm design, hardware acceleration, and system integration.
Before joining GIGABYTE, Dr. Le spent four years applying deep learning to the development of radiative cooling materials for marine robotics. He also has six years of experience in structural health monitoring and modal identification for infrastructure under dynamic loads such as earthquakes and wind. More recently, he has applied AI to enhance business intelligence, hardware R&D, and service AI assistants using tools like LangChain and LLM deployment.
